We would have liked better kitchen amenities. Also, we did room service once and it was not up to par. Only the rubbish was taken out. The bed was not made properly and the bathroom was not cleaned.

Very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean, although a little worn around the edges. Kitchenette was very handy apart from not having a toaster. Quite a compact style hotel, narrow corridors and lifts. Convenient location for Darling Harbour and Town Hall.
