"Let me start by saying the staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating! We had a stop over in Germany for a few days on our way home from Ireland. Unfortunately, they were in the middle of an oppressive heatwave and there was no air conditioning in our room. "One of the worst places I have ever been. Check-in without anyone, I arrived around 20:00. Everything dark, I couldn't see anything. I contacted the hotel per phone, and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and give me the key. The room is terrible, recent built painting unfinished, the electric stove was not working. Wifi??? Does not work, every 5 minutes it automatically disconnects. Terrible bed and mattress. Bathroom? 0.75 m2 and I almost got burnt because the water temperature was...
