"My wife and I had an amazing stay at The Inn at Pleasant Lake. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The views were beautiful, the setting was quiet and peaceful, and it was the perfect place to relax and unplug.
There was plenty of great space throughout the inn to sit, relax, and enjoy coffee. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to slow down and truly enjoy the experience.

"Was always the only place myself and
all my family members would stay in Freeport Maine. I'm so disappointed that such a beautiful inn has deteriorated to what it is today.I wish the new owners the best of luck. They have a major task to bring this landmark Inn back to a class A destination."

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Rosewood Country Inn. The Inn is impeccable. The decor of the Inn and our room was beautifully decorated. Stan gave us excellent suggestions for dinner and we were lucky to have been staying to enjoy the Sunday Brunch buffet at the Inn. Everything served was absolutely delicious! We will be returning in the near future. "

"The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. "

"Great continental breakfast and Green Mtn. Coffee. Hot tub was clean and to temp. The building is gorgeous and clean. Only thing that could have been improved was the mattress. "
