"Hotel and room clean. Comfy beds. Would stay here again but disappointed nil mini bar and also limited to no bathroom amenities, only soap and shampoo. No moisturisers and creams. Also no complimentary water in the room. The water in the spa near the pool also needed a clean. Breakfast buffet choices were really good. Staff great. The introduction of the table tennis was great for the kids. "
"Hotel is very good and I got a clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s also a good location for tour pickups and is right opposite a Woolworths which is great. It’s also a short walk from Crocosauras Cove which makes it a great location "
"Check in was seamless, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the smell in the room and around the hotel is amazing (I need that scent). Breakfast was great - the bacon was grilled and tastes so good! The pool was a plus and we used this a lot due to heat. Great location for walks."
"From what I can see from previous reviews the check in process has improved, there were helpful staff at desk to help us "self check-in". There is no cafe/ restaurant at this hotel (breakfast is a voucher for the cafe down the road). There are no blankets on the bed only sheets (I know Darwin is hot but with the air con blasting it would be nice to have a light blanket). There is no hair dryer in bathroom. Massive red stain on carpet in room bit of an eye sore. Felt a bit over priced for what it was."

"The view from our apartment was outstanding. Room layout good as well. The free breakfast was ok - very basic, but you could upgrade by paying extra. Great location - easy to walk to the Waterfront or to catch the Hop on Hop off bus."
