"The place is good, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning was good as well. However, there were some insects kept showing in the toilet. I reported it and they sprayed the place but it didn’t help. "

The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. My confirmed Orbitz reservation did not mean anything to the reception or remote supervisor he called. After discovering horrible room - they would not let me cancel the room.
