"Hotel was close by the Airport. Getting a grab there was alot more cheaper than the hotel's transport service especially if you're a solo traveller like I am. Hotel is right opposite the SM Mall which had plenty of places to eat, and activities to do within. Do check the opening hours of SM though. 7/11 convenience store is just across too for any snacks needed late at night. Room was big, spacious and clean. Room service and house keeping was great too. "Stayed two night and it was enjoyable and clean. Room service was prompt and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food. The location is also very nice, close to the mall and not far from Chinatown and the night market. "

"Culturally good"

"Very beautiful older resort. The property and beach are breathtaking. It is down a very steep hill so plan accordingly. A long hike up to the parking and taxi. Excellent food served at your room, at the bar or on the beach. Very romantic. Many tours available. And very inexpensive. I will definitely return for a longer visit."

"Property includes all that you need for your stay. The staff is very nice and helpful, too. Grounds are well taken care of, but the roads are a bit bumpy. Rooms could be better. Largest bed is a double bed only. A disappointment. A queen size bed would have been much better. We stayed in Palmera Villa. Room condition was very clean. However some of the cabinets and furniture need repairs as cabinet doors don't shut. Very nice large bay windows in the rooms. I guess they only have twin size flat...

"Staff services are great! They’re all polite and approachable. Food is okay. The internet connection is disappointing. There’s a laundry shop outside (walking distance)-it’s cheaper. If you don’t want noise while sleeping maybe it’s good to request a room away from the street because the hotel is along the highway. We heard cars honking at night. We wanted to try the VIP KTV but they’re on renovations."
