"I’m extremely disappointed with my reservation experience. The entire communication was stressful and disappointing."

"Ants everywhere... You will get bite by ants all the time. And the sound proof was awful... You can hear clearly everything from the streets. There were bunch of kids shouting and yelling outside at the same time at night. "

"I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door. The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...

"Very quiet"

"Small and really out of the way. The road is rough and seemed odd. The property seemed nicer than the location. For a tight budget if you don’t want a lot a space this place will do"

"The ocean can be seen from the top floor "

"Love everythimg about it. Beyond expectation."

"Lovely apartment right on the sea front. We were late checking in but the host stayed until we arrived. Place was clean with good amenities, I would stay here again."

"Absolutely NO, ZERO, information about how to check in. Sat around for almost an HOUR before a second security guard wandered past and told us the agent is at gatehouse. Building was old appeared to be full of cracks, but we were told it's safe, and has been checked out as ok, hmmmm. Pool was basic and too deep for my 8 year old to stand up safely, so into the tiny kiddies pool. Everybody was so UNHELPFUL! First and last visit to North point."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! IT'S A SCAM! DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. THESE JYU DIDN'T HAVE ROOMS AVAILABLE AND AFTER MORE THAN ONE HOUR WAITING, I HAD TO BOOK AND PAY THE ROOM BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH OTHER AGENCY. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND... HORRIBLE, AVOID THE BAD EXPERIENCE... AND PLEASE, HOTELS.COM FORBID THIS PEOPLE TO ADVERTISE IN YOUR SITE."
