"There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe."

"The staff was very friendly, and the room was very comfortable. you could tell the property is dated, but they do keep it clean. They don’t have any elevators on the property and that is fine. Just one suggested if someone has any kind of disability and has to be on the top floor. It’s also located in a very convenient area near the mall and everything else. "

"Upon arrival front desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in. No welcome or small talk- just got my ID & info & handed keys off to me. Stairwell to upper floors was really cold. Floor tile in room entry & bath was cracked in several places and appliances in kitchenette were splattered with soda. "
