"First impressions on the hotel were very positive as it gave a stylish, upscale but cozy vibe. But we soon realized that the hotel was not very accessible to anyone with a cane or disablities. I was surprised that the front desk did not offer assistance in bringing our luggage to our room knowing how many steps and winding corridors we had to go through and our obvious limitations (we had canes).
