"Needs a huge renovation and updated. The front door is broken and has suction cup handles on it you have to pull apart. The staff (woman) was rude to my mother in law. Bathroom downstairs out of order, breakfast awful. Room was “cleaned” but carpet was gross. It’s very outdated. AC took awhile to cool off the room, bed was ok, and the shower was hot, but that’s it. No amenities- no pool or outdoor area, the area is run down and there’s an RV park next door it looks like people live...

"The room looked better than the pictures when we arrived. Wonderful rain shower. However some things weren't practical. The lighting was nice looking but not bright enough if a person wanted to read a book rather than a digital device. The light switches were not logical - hard to find what turned off what. Bathroom was pretty but sink was narrow & crowded. Thermostat light was too bright at night as was right next to bed. AC was good - not too loud & effective as was hot when we stayed. Bed was...

"So I’m a local and booking rooms locally when my man is in town. Tried to put his card and his ID for Incidentals and still took extra for being a local. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed. The coffee the only thing I enjoy in a hotel, it was nasty coffee flavored water. I paid extra for a Suite all it was is an extra couch it smelled musty in there and despite the AC being at 68 it was humid but not unbearably hot. My man and I did our research to find this property...

"This is an excellent property, so cute and comfy. Everything was super clean, there’s a frig if you need. We want to come again and stay longer to explore more! The adjacent coffee shop is so cute and delicious! Ripple & Rose is awesome little place for breakfast/lunch and great coffee/drinks. We love Taylor! Go Ducks !!!!"

"First let me start by saying that the front desk employees did their job. But the room was AWFUL. Room 114. The bed was so NOISY that I know the neighboring rooms complained. It was the worst bed EVER. It’s like the bed was rigged to stay up. I saw roaches all over the room. They need to have Orkin come spray the rooms. Everything was OLD. There was also belongings in a drawer from a previous guest. Someone needs to inspect the rooms after the housekeepers clean because I swear I will NEVER stay...
