"It took them 30min extra to clean the room we were gonna stay in and while we were waiting two cops came in with a warrant for someone. Once we finally got checked in we noticed that the shower was lined with black mold and the refrigerator was gross. The following morning there was hardly anything to eat at their “breakfast bar” other than pre-wrapped pieces of bread to make toast or the half working malt waffle maker. The AC unit in that room was also smashed. The indoor pool wasn’t available and the workout room was filled with storage boxes. It looked like a room from a hoarder’s house. Our hotel room door didn’t even fully latch so you had to use the dead bolt when inside and had to take all of your belongings out with you when you left. The hotel faintly stank of cigarettes and mildew. Overall I am quite disgusted by this joke of a hotel. It’s quite a shame how bad this represents the hotel branch as a whole."

"The hotel is near the airport, and they offer a shuttle that operates early morning to late at night. There is not much to offer for dining within walking distance, but Uber can take you where you want to go. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating."

"The breakfast is a joke absolutely nothing worth writing home about, nothing really edible.. no protein or any kind, no fruit.. NOTHING, they should not call it a breakfast I’d say snack bar if anything. Probably shouldn’t even mention it in the booking. The shuttle was a nightmare, specially today when I was trying to make a call to get to the airport there is a huge disconnect from the front desk to the shuttle driver. There’s no schedule after 11:20am and apparently the driver had NO idea. Noise complaints are blatantly ignored, it was 2 and the person above me sounded like they were literally moving furniture. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.."

"Great hotel close to downtown SLC. The staff was friendly, the room and amenities were clean upon arrival. One thing that was confusing was their “every other day” room service /cleaning system. We had put the “not quite ready yet” sign on our door in the morning on the second day of our stay, but after leaving for the afternoon and removing the door handle sign the room was still not serviced. in hindsight we had probably just missed the service window and should have asked when leaving for the day if our room could be serviced while we were gone instead of assuming they would be checking for when/if we had left. But that left us without refreshed sheets/towels/bathroom toiletry refills, so something to keep in mind! Also, no waffle maker at the breakfast?? Haha, other than that everything was amazing!"

"We were disappointed because we were not informed the room is cleaned up every other day. We didn’t read the small notice in the key envelope. Also there is not room service and we need it to go to the front desk to get towels. We understand hotels run their business different ways but the price we paid per night $200 plus we had different expectations ."

"Great large room with plenty of space to relax and enjoy while not out. Convenient location near downtown with easy access to public transport if traveling far. Staff and property were very nice. Highly recommend."
