1. Condos at Canyons Resort by White Pines

Canyons Village tại Park City

"Condos are actually part of the Sheraton hotel buildings but managed by White Pines so checking in was confusing and there was a lack of communication between hotel and condo company. Whole compound was kind of hard to navigate at first and the condo area is old and dated. The self park was dark and dirty and not well kept. Our condo was older and smelled a little odd. But it was otherwise very clean and a nice space overall. All the employees were amazingly helpful. Good stay for the money...

7. Westgate by Canyons Village Rentals

Canyons Village tại Park City

"The staff was very friendly, we liked the room and the layout. We stayed up over the 4th of July weekend so it was very busy. We liked this property and will stay here again. For whatever reason it's always easier to talk about the complaints. No smart TV, all you get is cable, no spices in the kitchen, had to call down for large garbage bags and were told we had to go pick them up, Someone tried to cook some meat in their room, the hallway smelled like BBQ for two days after. Go down to...

9. Sundial Lodge

Canyons Village tại Park City

"The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. Turns out this booking had a completely separate electronic check in process. (Kudos to the staff at the Sundial desk for trying to assist us.) I called the number in the...

10. Silverado Lodge

Canyons Village tại Park City

"Check-in was terrible. These are individually owned units and there was a key card with our name on it but no room number or unit number. There was no one at the front desk only a phone number to call that redirected us to another hotel. They had no information on where our room was. They didn’t even have our name in their system. We had to try to call several different people to find out where our room was — check-in process took over two hours. We finally found someone who could help us after...
