"The property itself was great, the hotel is kept up nicely. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed in (room 406) reeked of dog pee in the carpets, if the air conditioner wasn’t on high the smell was overwhelming. It is a pet friendly hotel, and accidents happen. My home is pet friendly as well, I don’t let my animals urinate on the floors at home, if they did I’d have the floors cleaned professionally with an enzyme cleaner. I expected more from a Hilton Hotel."

"This hotel is a new property. The rooms are very well appointed with a full size refrigerator, kcup coffee maker, and ccok top stove. The gym is also well equipped with cardio machines, full rack of free weights, and a weight machine. Mr Charles and his staff were very kind and friendly. Always greeting me and speaking as I came and went. I felt safe in the parking lot and building as I was traveling alone. I will be booking this properly in the future for my stays. "Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. "Parking was easy. The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean."

"My two boys and I were in town for a basketball tournament. The night before I looked online to book a room and booked here. So thankful I did! Every single staff member I interacted with was super friendly! Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast staff- everyone was amazing! "The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in."
