"Very clean! This is a well maintained and managed hotel, the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the pool. Also it was convenient to have a breakfast buffet each morning! We stayed for a week and we were happy! One thing I didn't like was the room safe being on the floor, I couldn't use it because of that!"

"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"Never got room cleaned the entire stay, on one roll of tissue for 3 people in one room for 3 days, spiders on the patio furniture needs exterminator for that. Other than that I would like to stay here again"

"Stayed 4 days 3 nights, was great. Breakfast was great for complimentary. Room was clean; water temp, and pressure was great; everything worked… and most importantly… the pool was clean!!! and this was during a busy weekend apparently, as they were fully booked."

"Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!"

"Ocean view King room with pullout sofa bed: Pros: Good location, friendly helpful staff, clean, cute decor, nice view, convenient ice machines, large room Cons: terrible water pressure, very loud AC unit, several maintenance issues (quickly fixed after I brought them up), pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable & King bed was only slightly better, mini fridge was not very cold, parking (only street parking or $30/day valet)"
