The stay itself was fine. On arrival, it wasn't clear (for me at least) that the check in procedure was at the neighboring hotel, The Hardrock Cafe. Parking wasn't available either, so we had to choose a public parking (which includes extra costs). But all in all, considering the price, the stay, the room and breakfast were fine

4 nights for a ski trip.

A 4 night stay for skiing before Christmas. Accessing Spenglers Inn was a little confusing as there this is done via the Hard Rock Hotel reception. HRH don’t advertise that this is the case so only found out when I ventured inside for advice. Access through the HRH is also a bit convoluted but ok once learned. The room was clean and tidy but somewhat old fashioned and energy efficiency wise the window seals could have been better to stop cold draughts. The beds were large and comfortable and the linen fresh and clean. We were thankful that they’d provided us with a kettle and cups on request. A good location to access the ski busses and the main shopping Promenade.

Hard to find, didn’t have a reception s as it said on the signs, took us 20 min to go to another hotel to find were to church in. Really expensive parking… not impressed and will not stay again.

Es waren keine Parkplätze mehr vorhanden obwohl wir vorgängig danach gefragt haben. man sagte uns es sei nicht möglich einen PP zu reservieren aber es seien welche vorhanden. Leider mussten wir ins nächste öffentliche Parkhaus. Dies hätte man vorher kommunizieren können. Die Reception war schwer zu finden, wir wussten nicht dass wir die des Hard Rock Hotels aufsuchen mussten. Die Balkontür des Zimmers liess sich nur schwer verschliessen da sie teilweise defekt war. Auf der Bettdecke war in Fleck.

Ok aber nichts spezielles

Hotel war schlecht zu finden, Parkplätze waren relativ nahe, Personal war sehr nett, das Zimmer war schon etwas älter und einigermaßen einfach und für den Preis direkt nach dem WEF ok, der Geruch im Zimmer war aber wirklich übel. Das hat auch sehr langes Lüften nicht verbessert. Der Teppich hatte schon einige Flecken und könnte auch gut mal gereinigt werden. Frühstück war dann wieder gut.

Pessima experiência. O hotel é um labirinto dentro de outro hotel. A sinalização é pessima e não há informação de onde parar o carro. Wifi simplesmente não funciona, a cama tem um colchão horrível, que mais parece uma rampa. Absolutamente incompatível com os preços cobrados. O acesso aos quartos é um completo labirinto, muito distante e o hóspede fica isolado, sem contato com a recepção. Demorei 15 minutos na fila para realizar check-in porque é um atendente para dois hotéis diferentes. Desagradável do início ao fim.

Ist ja jetzt Hard Rock Kaffee daher keine Parkplätze vorhanden was am Spengler Cup ein Problem sein kann. Die alternativen Parkplätze alle besetzt. viel Spass. Nein die geben sich Mühe aber eben sie können den Saisonal hohen übernachtungspreis nicht nachkommen.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung

Das Bett war kein richtiges Bett sondern nur eine Pritsche, was für 400.- pro Nacht ein no go ist, auch wenn es nur ein 2 Sterne Hotel ist. Wir waren über Silvester da für 3 Nächte & die Zimmer werden nur alle 3 Tage sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war im 5Sterne Hard Rock. Leider gab es nur fertig Saft (noch frisch gepresst), im Land des Käse gab es am Buffet leider nur den billigen Supermarkt Käse, statt eine schöne Auswahl vom lokalen Käser & die Konfitüre war auch die billige Hero, sehr schade. Am 1. Januar wurden wir beim Frühstück nicht mal mit einem Cupli begrüsst. Beim Ein- & Auschecken wurden wir einfach abgefertigt & nicht mal gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen habe. Von einem Hard Rock Frühstück & Rezeption erwarte ich etwas anderes.

3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht, Zimmer hatte nur zwei Betten. Anstatt uns das bereits bezahlte Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen, stellten sie ein Klappbett in das schon sehr kleine Zimmer. Das Klappbett war defekt, klein und unbequem. Zudem war das Bad schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Der Grundkomfort und die Sauberkeit, welche ich in der Schweiz erwarte war nicht vorhanden, Personal war überfordert.
