"Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning but went down at 9:00am 2nd day & there was nothing available in the warmers. Mentioned it to the front desk and was told they’d check into it. Went & loaded my car coming back in 10-15 minutes & still nothing. Bed was terribly uncomfortable - had king bed & sunk on outer areas. I paid $500 for 2-nights and would love to have some type of refund for all the negative happenings on this property!! I am 99% sure that I will not stay at this location again. "

"They cancelled my room for no reason. They told me I cancelled it but I went through hotel.com so I know you guys know I didn't cancel my room. Left me stranded, had to spend a lot of money to get a new room. Thankfully hotels is going to reimburse me. You should remove this hotel from your site."

"The desk man was lovely and helpful. The room smelled strongly of cigars and with the exception of the sheets, which were clean, nothing else in the room was clean. Really gross in fact. "

"The property appears to be a newer build. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only real complaint is the limited parking and lack of elevator."

"Room had a microwave and that was really nice. Pool and breakfast could’ve been nicer but overall a great and convenient stay. "

"We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through. We were in OH for a rock festival so 90% of hotels were entirely booked and the other 10% were charging 2x or 3x usual rates. It was not only a massive inconvenience and extremely dishonest practices, but an insane surprise expense to pay double at a different hotel. Elijah, the desk attendant, was very apologetic and as helpful as he could be. I give a pat on the back to him - he’s doing the best with what he’s got. The actual hotel has crappy practices and should be more helpful with finding booted guests a different stay. The most good I can say is that Expedia called them and immediately had a refund in process. Just ridiculous it was even needed."
