"Our fridge unit started vibrating halfway through our stay (very loud and annoying) and upon inspection found that it wasnt sealing properly and was completely frozen over in the back (needs a new seal for the door and just a defrost cycle- was at least keeping things cold) and the the bed feels like it had a huge divot in the center so was uncomfortable for long periods (probably fine if the bed is flipped-slept on the edges of the bed just fine) but the stay was pretty good otherwise, the...

"They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!"

"We had a blast staying here for a soccer tournament. When we had to cut our stay short, staff was extremely helpful. Kids loved the unique lobby with games and pool table. The breakfast was really decent and easy to navigate. Room was simple and clean, comfortable. Great for families! Excellent, friendly staff who all seemed happy to be working there which always says a lot about management. We will stay again, thank you!"

"Pros: the hotel is newly renovated, so it is very clean and new. The location is excellent, nice neighborhood, safe and with many restaurants around. Cons: the staff at front desk are really unprofessional! Wifi didn't work for almost a couple of days. Breakfast is so poor, lack of variety and the worst coffee I've ever had in a hotel! Conclusion, choose Holiday Inn next door..."
