"Booked a 2 room suite and didn’t realize it meant adjoining rooms and this wasn’t explained at the front desk, I guess they assumed we knew this. Had to go back to ask about our reservation because we didn’t want to just start trying to open the locked door between rooms. Wish it had been better ..."
