Property is an old building. Loved the little kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster two burner stove, microwave, mini refrigerator, and all the kitchen that are needed for two guest. Loved that it has dish towels and dish soap and sponge too. A bed a queen size was big enough for 1 traveler. Bathroom was big and shower had a great water pressure and had enough hot water. Unfortunately the room had items that did not have. No balcony and table. There two chairs by the window. The handle on the toilet was loose. There is a bath tub in the bedroom. If they remove this bath tub and place a desk or even a table with the two chairs, the space would have been use.
Loved the location. It is walking to the Ocean Center which I love and really quick to get to the beach. There are lots of places to eat but I mostly hit Ihop, Starlight Dinner and the Crab shack at the pier. A convenient store, 7-Eleven is so close that if you needed something easily get it there. The price of everything, in a tourist area is as expected. Even at 7-Eleven items were higher than normal.
Overall experience it was a great place to stay if you just need it to sleep and shower. I spent most of my time in the Ocean Center for the reason of my stay.
I was staying in a connected room. Looking to maybe reserving these two rooms in my next travel with family.
Price for the room was very good, especially for the resort fees that all hotel have. This place was much lower than the others.
