Heidi, our resort sustained damage in 2022 from the hurricane. Our pool deck opened on February 24, 2024 as well as beach access. Because we are a small resort, we do not have 24 hour desk service, but we do arrange for late check ins.

Josue I apologize for the cleaniness of the room. We have changed quality control, so this will not happen again in the future.

Hi Mark, so sorry to hear of this issue. I can confirm our General Manager's name and contact number is posted on the office door to assist with after-hour situations. We also have a lockbox outside the office where we place the keys for guests who will be checking in after office hours.

Scott, we are very sorry the floor was not cleaned to your satisfaction. We have purchased a new rotating steam mop that is working very well. Our parking lot has only one parking space for each car. I apologize that it is confusing.
