"Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "

"A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! "Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. "The place lives up to its name of “luxurious room”. The room is recently renovated and is modern, clean and well provisioned, even with slippers. It is located near the cruise ship pier and has restaurants nearby. The host is extremely gracious and hospitable. He not only waited to welcome us well into the night but also drove us to the Castle when we could not find a taxi to go there. The interaction with him left us a wonderful memory for La Spezia."
