"We love our stay here at Hyatt Amsterdam. Great staff, clean facilities, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast starting at 6am. The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes so very convenient. We used Schipol airport as jumping point for all our tours. We decided to extend our stay to explore more of Amsterdam and neighboring cities. This hotel was a pleasant home base. ☺️"

"Freundliches Personal . Zimmer für 4 Nächte ok, alles sehr eng, aber sauber. Sehr hellhörig zu Nachbarzimmern. Haartrockner defekt, kleine Handtücher und Pappbecher für Bad gabs erst auf Nachfrage. Am unangenehmsten war Klimaanlage, die auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand eisig aufs Bett gezogen hat. Im Unkreis außer McDonald und teures Nachbarhotel keine Möglichkeit, was zu essen, wenn man spät ankommt."

"Very clean rooms. Extremely friendly staff! Breakfast buffet had a diverse array of options. The only negative point that comes to my mind is that the chairs in the breakfast serving area (the green house) were really dirty with food and beverage stains.
All in all, very nice experience and stay!"

"I have stayed at Moxy properties all over the United States and as expected the layout and quality was consistent with this location with the exception of the staff. The staff did their jobs well but they weren't personable or concerned about any issues that came up. Getting service at the front desk or bar area was like pulling teeth."

"Property was very nice, room was clean. However the phone in our room did not work so you had to go to reception. Pool was clean, not easy to get towels.
Also reception was always busy with a line. And if you sat out in the common area getting food service took a very long time. Some staff were short or unfriendly towards guests. Others very kind and accommodating."

"the room was clean and quiet. the design of the room was attractive.
the room was less expensive than some other options in the area and because of that i didn’t expect much so it’s ok that there was no fridge, no body lotion, no coffee machine or electric kettle. it was all very minimal.
i think all rooms are on the ground floor which some women traveling alone may not be comfortable with.
the location is ok if you just want to spend a night before a flight. it wouldn’t be a good option to...

"Friendly staff, happy to help with check in (done online at hotel). Room/corridor key is via the app on your phone. Even though I knew the room was small it was still a surprise when I opened he door. Having said that it was perfecty fine for 2 days as I didn't need to unpack before moving on to Rotterdam.
