Echter was het matras vrij hard en het hoofd kussen zo zacht dat ik met een reserve kussen nog steeds geen ondersteuning kreeg en met mijn hoofd plat op het matras lag. Tip: neem je eigen kussen mee. Personeel is vriendelijk en service van het hotel is in orde. Hotel ligt achter het centraal station en in de buurt van de zoo."

"While the location is quite good for those who want something close to the central station and also near the shopping area and the Old town, right outside the hotel can be a bit unsavory, especially at night. The hotel itself is starting to show wear and tear. The AC did not work properly in my room and the water temperature in the shower kept going from cold one second to scalding hot the next. The maintenance person who checked the room temp couldn’t fix it and just pinned it on the hotel...

"Everything was great, but the reception, lounge, and working area close at 23:00, so I wasn’t able to keep working. That was the only drawback."

"It had all the comforts of home. I didn't like that you had to put your pin in 3 to 4 times to get into your suite. Want to get up the elevator another to get up the second elevator the third to get in to your suite and one to get into the building. Other than that, it was nice. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was good. Have everything you can think of the comfort of home nice and clean. The shower was great."
