"This was a great hotel. We were upgraded from a standard room to an apartment and breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful (thank you, Lisa!) and helped us modify a dinner reservation and get a taxi. The hotel was very clean, the buffet great and there was free shuttle service to the airport every half hour. We were not there long enough to try out the pool or the cinema, but nice to know they existed. There is a small convenience shop as well. About a block from the hotel is a bus...

"Stayed 4 nights for the Amsterdam marathon. Conveniently located 30m from the airport - 1 bus and a 10 min walk. 20min from the marathon start at the stadium. Restaurants within walking distance. Rented a bike and used for expo and enjoying the Amsterdam area. I would stay there again."

The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Check-in was smooth and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. I stayed in the apartment section and expected something small or cramped for the price, but the space was much larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be.
