"The hotel was very nice and the lobby amenities were very good. Very nice bar and restaurant. Check in was a disaster. We reserved our room way in advance and when we checked in we discovered that they were placing us in a Residence Inn that was next door. The agent at the desk conveniently did not notice the details of our reservation. Only when we pushed back did we get a manager involved. We made our reservation on August 5, 2025 and we received many follow up e mails right up to our arrival....

It’s always clean and comfortable. This hotel however was horrible. It did not feel 4 star. Staff felt unfriendly and I felt very awkward in this hotel. "The shuttle bus comes often and it’s a short drive . The rooms are clean but furniture is old and I found the fridge dirty . Also the towels were very old and there was no body cream provided ."

Room was top notch, great shower, clean. Gym included. Town of Hoofddorp was nearby with large shopping mall. Restaurants close by too. Seems to be popular among tourist groups, so anticipate morning crowds at breakfast, but, don’t let that change your mind about booking. Oh, and a good price, too."
