"Easy check in Clean Helpful staff Modern rooms"

"De receptionist ( weet naam niet maar hij kwam uit Izmir) was enorm vriendelijk en attent. Complimenten. Kamer was mooi, groot heel schoon en op de heetste dag (26 juni) heerlijk koel. Ontbijt was redelijk, alleen jammer dat de tafels nauwelijks afgeruimd en schoongemaakt werden, dat moet echt verbeteren!"

"Absolutely excellent hotel in Amsterdam. About a 15 to 20 minute walk from Centraal train station, it’s located right along the water and immediately adjacent to the cruise passenger embarcation point. It’s a large hotel, great views, modern decor, spotlessly, clean, great linens, and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. Very, very extensive buffet with high-quality food and drinks. Absolutely the perfect spot to stay if you’re coming in and out on the train and or leaving or arriving from...

"Nice hotel in a great location and very reasonably priced. We found the staff very helpful, and we would definitely return. Two points lead to a slightly lower rating - firstly, the only sideboard surface space in our room was slatted so anything small fell through it. You get used to it after a while but to us this was a silly and frustrating room interior design fault. Secondly, you have to rent bikes from the hotel per calendar day - if you want to hire bikes from 5pm one day until 5pm...

"I was so unsatisfied with a staff behind the buffet counter where they cook and prepare cold cuts. The old lady that was preparing the cold cuts was arranging them WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES! This should NOT be allowed at all! I like the cold cuts but when I saw the way she was handling and preparing them WITHOUT GLOVES… forget it! This has to be corrected! "

"This is a nice hotel right across from the arena. Room are a good size and washroom has separate shower and toilet areas. Our reason for 4 stars is that you had to do self check in and the young staff were not very helpful. We had to keep asking for help because the information was in Dutch and we felt like we were putting them out. You think they’d have stayed with us until we were done."
