"The lobby was nice and seemed recently updated. The carpet throughout the hotel was worn and stained. Visible ceiling and wall cracking. The ceiling was falling around the ice machine and desperately needed attention. "

"Staff was courteous & professional. The room on the other-hand was something else. Found hair, not my own, around the bathroom sink & in the shower. As I was leaving, noticed the housekeeping crew sitting in one of the rooms w/ the door open, sitting on the couch playing on their phones and watching TV - not impressed. The fact that the facility management are NOT doing spot checks on the cleaning staff seems problematic. On a purely aesthetic point of view - the surrounding grounds of the facility are littered with a lot of garbage, apparently not an issue with management. "
