"The room was clean enough. The hot water took several minutes to get to our room and was not very hot. We only stayed 2 nights. On the second day we ran out of toilet paper. I went to the office to ask for another roll and the woman told me they did not have toilet paper in the office and I needed to contact housekeeping. I asked her how I contact housekeeping and she said they would be back in the morning. I reiterated that we were completely out and she asked whether my room was...

"Needs hair dryers and coffee makers in the rooms"

"First, the pool was disgusting. The room was ok, but no curtains on the windows and the blinds did not filter out the light; which kept me up all night. And the entrance is weird being right off a 4 lane highway and hard to see."

"Remodel in progress- To check in- had to call a number and a lady came up to check us in The room we were given was under renovation, but not complete. It was clean- BUT- no water glasses, coffee pot or service, no smoke alarms, etc. Checking out- there was a guy sitting in. Car engine running and lights out and he calls out to me as I drop the key in the window. Creepy. "
