"The front desk people gave free products to me from the market, breakfast is excellent only problem is there is homeless outside but the hotel is secure.with a fence and door always locked u need a key to get in or a staff member let's you in the room was clean. And parking was easy"

"We don’t enjoy first floor and a handy cap room. We are old but we work out The ladies at front desk and ladies at breakfast friendly and accomodating I loved the cookies they were a welcoming touch."

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, water free, and the view was outstanding."

"Strong bad odor in the room. No towels, no shampoo in bathroom, I called 3 times for asking bathroom stuff but they never come to the room"

"No food for kids before 11am, no grab and go snacks, no bathtub, shower was spraying everywhere, no microwave, lots of people hanging around the building outside."

"Love this spot! Cute, clean, dog friendly and central to anything you would need or want to do! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our tv/cable and the receptionist came to our room and fixed the problem within minutes. Especially love the projector of vintage cartoons that plays once it gets dark out! Thanks for our second great stay, we’ll be back!"

"It was what I expected for what I paid. Was literally there just to sleep 1 night on a road trip. Arrived very late and appreciated the 24 hr attended front desk to be able to check in. The first room I got, the wall controller for the AC unit didn’t work and the toilet promptly overflowed - but the front desk lady was very apologetic and got me another room right away. The bed and bathroom were clean and there was no odor in the room. It’s not in the greatest part of town, which I think is...
