"The PORTO & ALMIRA BEACH property is beautiful, well kept and very modern! The staff is kind and welcoming! The beach and pool staff specifically the restaurant staff are marvelous! They treated us well and were very attentive to our needs! Andrew Tadros served us and was extremely attentive and a great host and server! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "
