"We booked this hotel because it has an outdoor pool. When we got there, front desk person said pool was open until 9pm. When we went to try to use the pool, gate was locked. We went to check with the front desk and another receptionist said pool is closed and will not open at all during our stay. ..."

"Very misleading hotel. Tiki bar, restaurant and pool bathroom are closed for repair, but didn't see any repair going on. Room was dirty, staff was not welcoming or informative at all, pool was dirty and freezing cold. No pool maintenance in the 3 days we were there. Hotel carpets are dirty and stained ..."
