"I have been staying here every time I visit my daughter at Miami. The rooms are always really clean and the beds super comfortable."

"Not exceptional, just average."

"When I arrive for my reservations that I booked through Expedia, we came to find out that the hotel burnt down two days before we arrived. I was not notified by Expedia nor red roof ends who owns the property. They also will not refund my money they keep saying I canceled the reservation the fricking hotel burnt down and they will not give me a refund in. Expedia isn’t helping me either."
