"Blinds were broken in my room, unable to roll it up or down. Mentioned it to staff- nothing done. 1 elevator was working, so there were long waits and you had to ride with cleaning carts. Parking lot is seperate from the building. An elevator down to "T" and a walk past the pool to another outside building to another elevator- not convenient. "The staff was friendly but the property seems to be in declining condition. Shortly after check-in, and on two other occasions, I reported a malfunctioning smoke detector. Although the desk clerks reported it to maintenance, it was never fixed during my stay. As a result, I got almost no sleep because of the constant beeping."

Bed spread had numeroussss holes and stains. Also the front desk girl was passed out in the chair when I went to go check out in the morning. "

After checked in, unpacked all the belongings and settled down and switched on the TV which wasn't working, try to use the room telephone, that is also not working. When contacted the front desk, the women was so arrogant, and her reaction was like we're guilty because we booked their hotel, so I highly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I officially complained to Expedia as they should consider removing these crappy hotel operators as...

"Horrible! This place is falling apart! Not all elevators work, no tv remote control, iron board with no iron in the room, and disconnected telephone. The lobby is very nice but once you get in the elevator everything around it is old and sketchy. "

"This is essentially a motel with access to rooms from at outdoor corridor. Had a hard tine falling asleep, super noisy from other guests in the hallway and street noise. Cold air blowing no matter what temperature you set up on the thermostat. No light in the corridor as you get off the elevator at night. Breakfast was decent and staff helpful. This was sketchy. Would not stay here again."
