NUL…nous demandions à reculer d’1 semaine notre séjour vu que mon mari a eu en dernière minute un rendez-vous pour une IRM. Le service de réclamation n’a pas du tout accepté de reculer notre séjour malgré notre accord pour régler plus. Je trouve cela, pour un établissement de cet ordre,INADMISSIBLE.

The swimming pool and haman are very old, mold in the showers. Staff wasnt always friendly. Rooms are nice

Belle bâtisse bien située mais pas d'un niveau 5*
Complexe très charmant et bien situé. Piscine et Hammam agréables même si la décoration est un peu passée. Cocktails au bar très bons et service irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié la chambre prestige 137 pour son côté spacieux, le café et thé, chaussons et peignoirs mais elle aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement voir une rénovation de sa SDB. La baignoire était tachée sur toute la longueur et ne donne pas envie de s’y allonger! Le meuble vasque fait cheap…À savoir que cette chambre doit p-e appartenir à la suite présidentielle (135) car elle donne sur la terrasse de la suite sans pouvoir y accéder. On a un petit manque d’intimité car on s’attend à voir arriver quelqu’un sous notre fenêtre! Bref, mauvais rapport qualité prix et une chambre à ce prix là pas digne d’un 5*

This is a beautiful Normandy-style historical property located across from the Deauville beach and close to the center of town. The reason we picked that property over similar ones was the Diane spa. We were however very disappointed by the indoor pool that was much smaller than it appeared to be on the hotel website and in dire need of renovation. The wall showers outside the hammam and sauna were broken, and only half the private showers were working properly; many of the lockers were also not working. But the two massages we booked were great and the staff at the spa was very nice.

Ne mérite absolument pas 5 étoiles Très mauvais service aussi bien en chambre qu’au restaurant on n’a même pas eu le strict minimum pour la salle de bain comme après shampoing. Irruption du personnel dans la chambre quand on dormait, le restaurant soit disant complet à 19h30, on a eu une table à 20h mais le restaurant était quasi vide!…trop de fausses notes Mérite 3 étoiles au plus

Notre expérience dans cet hôtel a été désastreuse. Personnel désagréable, irrespectueux. Je vous déconseille le SPA, le temps de massage comprend l’habillage et le déshabillage, résultat : nous avons eu un massage de 35 min au lieu de 50. Le règlement de la piscine prévoit le port du maillot de bain obligatoire, considérant le burkini comme un maillot de bain, l’accès nous a été refusé, propos borderline, un duty manager (mr Strauss) qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme et malgré toutes les déconvenues à refuser de nous faire un geste commercial, il m’a même poussé pour me demander de quitter son hôtel (mon avocate se charge de la procédure). Service voiturier plus que déplorable, ma voiture a été abîmée au sein de cet établissement. J’entends naturellement faire un recours.

Rénovation réussie, qualité de service inégale.
Nous séjournons au Normandy depuis plusieurs décennies ce qui évidemment est délicat car il y a forcément des déceptions si l'on compare avec une époque révolue. Restons donc en 2022 et disons que l'hôtel est splendide, très joliment rénové. La chambre que nous occupions était située sur la cour anglaise, la plus prisée. Petite surface néanmoins, même si joliment aménagée. Petit déjeuner en chambre qui aurait mérité un peu de décorum : petit bouquet de fleurs, vraie compote de pommes maison et non pot en verre de la grande distribution, tout comme le yaourt... A 37€ par personne + 7€ du service en chambre, on s'attend à beaucoup mieux. Le personnel à l'accueil est inégalement chaleureux. A l'arrivée, tardive certes, on nous a donné notre clé et nous nous sommes débrouillés seuls (ce qui n'était pas un souci mais quand même...) A notre départ, check out sans aucune question sur notre perception ni aucun mot d'encouragement à revenir. Assez impersonnel donc ce qui est aux antipodes de ce que ce type d'établissement doit proposer. En conclusion : tarifs très élevés qui devraient justifier du quasi zéro défaut. La crise Covid est certes passée par là mais cela ne doit pas (plus) tout excuser.
