"This hotel is amazing!!!! Front desk staff super friendly, in fact, every employee I encountered was friendly. The room was clean, smelled good, and decorated so great! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. So many options, and fully stocked. I highly recommend staying here. My expectations were greatly exceeded, and I will be a repeat customer."

"Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again."

"We were on the ground floor and the people on 2nd floor above our room were very noisy, loud thumping and banging on the floor after 11 pm that caused us to startle while trying to sleep. Sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping large items on the floor. I would not recommend any floor except the top. Overall it was clean except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom. "The room was a mess. Bugs all over the floor, wrappers on the floor, tub was rusty, bath mat was wet. Furniture in lobby was worn badly. We asked for a different room and the second room had chip crumbs on the floor so it wasn’t vacuumed either. I asked for a vacuum and vacuumed it myself. I was not offended a refund even after complaining to two different staff members. This place is absolutely disgusting. "

"The property is unique and somewhat unusual because of its distinctive design outside and inside. The interior decorative design and furniture is very interesting. The amenities are excellent, the rooms are very clean, the new mirrors with lights and new showers are wonderful, the front desk staff is kind, the bar is open to 9:00 pm and serves food, the pool and fitness room are spectacular, and their breakfast is great. "Go somewhere else, the property isin need of repairs, the free breakfast tasted like it is old saved food. Ketchup made more tasty. The yogurt was the tasted the best."

"The phone lines were down, so when I tried to call for service, I ended up having to go down to the lobby to ask how to use the shower. The person at the front desk was very professional and very helpful."

"The bed was comfortable and accommodations were fine. Staff was very helpful. The bathroom tub's faucet could activate the shower; however, the faucet remained on as well! Could not shut the water off at the faucet while showering. What a waste of water!"

"Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades."

"Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. "First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room. So that person worried about that all weekend. I requested a rollaway bed but didn’t have that either. Good thing one person didn’t come with.
