"The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/"

"This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars."

"The website said each bed could accommodate two people, but they were only big enough for one person. We booked a double bed room that also had a sofa bed, and having six people as the website said was a tight fit. The breakfast options were also limited and were not too good."

"The rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the doors felt extremely unsafe even when locked. The bathrooms kept clogging, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff was rude and completely unwelcoming, showing little to no concern for guests. The entire building looked poorly maintained and in bad condition. On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains and other suspicious marks on them, which was honestly disgusting and unacceptable. What was supposed to be...

"The hotel had an ideal location, with a nearby neighborhood offering all essential amenities. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was a standout feature, featuring a wide variety of self-serve items like yogurt, fruits, hot drinks, juices, bread, pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the freeway is convenient for travelers."

"Staff is friendly. Lobby is nice. But the room was worn and dim. AC was loud. Good location next to Woodfield Mall."

"Having reserved a "suite", I had no idea of the actual size until I got there. Much roomier than other "suites" I had stayed in. It was quite clean and comfortable. Very thankful they had their own secure parking garage, too. The staff attended to our every need promptly. The complimentary breakfast offered most all the same stuff others do, however, this one was better cooked and tastier than the others. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."
