"Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Internet works well. Air-conditioning OK self controlled. Breakfast with lots of choices, hot and cold. Lots of free parking. Rooms are cleaned every day. Quite neighbor."

"The room was amazing! Very high end. The ice machines did not work on any of the floors. I called down to the front desk and was told that they would bring me ice up to the room. This never happened. Would be great if there were microwaves and mini fridges but other than that, would highly recommend."

"Great location in fantastic black! The only issue that we had was with the AC unit and it just wasn’t pumping out cold air very well. Overall, great hotel!"

"Check in person was very nice. Water pressure in shower was A+. Room was a little aged, but looks like upgrades are happening (hopefully they change the mattresses). Overall, good staff, good location"

"Front desk was very busy. The young lady handled herself very well. My only negative is she is so soft spoken it is very hard to hear her. Even my 14 year old commented on the fact he appreciated how helpful she was when he went down later, he just wished he could hear what she’s saying better and I had not even mentioned my thoughts. He too said soft spoken. She did excellent, was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, she is just quiet."

"The first room we had, had multiple stains and the blankets looked like it had mold in it. The ceiling had multiple cracks, water stains and mildew. The carpet felt like there was bugs inside it. The second room was just as bad. Would never stay here again."

"I have often stayed at Holiday Inn Express over the years and usually enjoyed the stay. This time I found it lacking. The pool was closed, despite showing a pool on the booking sight. The room was very run down and in need of repair. Room service always shorted us a towel each day requiring a trip to the desk for another. On one day after returning from being gone all day, we found the door to our room standing ajar. Obviously, not closed by room service. The entire hotel smelled of...
