"I booked this room last minute, as we were traveling for a youth sporting event. The price was cheaper than most other hotels in the area, was hoping that was just because it was a basic no frill place to stay. Boy was I wrong, you get what u pay for I suppose. I booked a handicap accessible room, which just means they provide a shower seat (which I do need to shower). That being said they tub was a deeper jetted tub, the shower seat was broken and unusable and the deepness of the tub was difficult to step into as well. The jets were disgusting and looked like they had mold all around the inside ring of the jets. and they also didn't work. the room had a big window (as most hotels do) but it didn't lead to the outside, we had a pool side view, the pool is INDOORS. Had a headache and came back to my room and was going to take a nap after dinner however the pool was packed and the kids screaming Marco polo, prevented that nap. And honestly the kids weren't doing any thing wrong they were playing in a pool as kids do. There was 1 staff member we came into contact with the entire weekend, im unsure if anyone worked there besides him. No towels in the pool either"
