"The renovations were beautiful. One suggestion would be that you upgrade the locks on the doors to a deadbolt type. The doorknob lock left us a little concerned, also daylight could be seen coming through from around the door. "Arrived about 5 hours early before check-in. Even with the craziness of the holiday weekend, they were able to get me checked in 3 hours earlier than anticipated. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel was located close to downtown St. Ignace, and had quick access to the bridge. "The location is awesome. Shepler’s ferry and downtown Mackinaw are less than a mile walk from the hotel, and it’s an easy walk. The state park lake shore and fort are a five minute walk.
