"Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place."

"Very nice place, the pool was a blast! All services and amenities are great. We have a very nice experience and for sure we are going to come back. That have parking for large vehicles wish make our stay very easy. The only issue was the way to get to the hotel is a bit confusing and plus they are repairing all streets around to get there, but is worthy once you arrive."

"Parking is easy and secure. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Food at the connecting restaurant is very good. Within walking distance to the Vibrant Arena."

"As soon as you walk in and walk through the hallways all you can smell is disinfectant spray masking a musty bad smell. Walls are paper thin, breakfast was sad and rooms were kept hot until you adjusted the AC which would take forever to get to a comfortable temperature."

"The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?"

"Upon check-in the key maker was broken so everyone had to be escorted to their room, which made the process slow. Also, we were stuck in our rooms until they got keys made. (No back-up key maker, I was told.) It was storning outside so we were glad to see the signs that the restaurant/bar opened at 4. At 4:30, we were told that the bartender was on national guard duty that weekend, so they weren't opening. (Only 1 employee runs the restaurant/bar, 7 days a week? National guard weekend duty is...

"The property is fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing all for a really great price. The pool is a little bit on the smaller side, but it was just what my kids needed to get out some extra energy. We had a few lights that were inconsistent when we tried to turn them on. We have stayed here several times and that was the first time we’ve ever had an issue with the lighting. Fairfield is by far my favorite hotel."
