"Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Booked this hotel in advance for my daughters wedding. We pull up and the parking lot is EMPTY!! I questioned it instantly. A guy came out and stated that they have been shutdown for over a month.. mind you I booked well over a month and never received notification of anything"

"It was a great place to stay. I honestly have no complaints with the hotel itself. However I noticed a $200 additional charge to my card after we checked out and I’m sure it will get put back on my card in a few days but I absolutely hate when hotels do that so they won’t get a 5 star for that reason alone."

"Nothing looked clean or up to date. My room was dirty, bathroom had lots of rust and black at the foot of toilet. I found a half full juice bottle under my bed. The carpet needs to be replaced. The parking lot was loud with young people dancing ontop of the hood of their vehicles. Honestly, some of the people there looked like they were living at the hotel. It was a horrible stay. I paid for 3 nights and only stayed one night. I was very uncomfortable. There was a lot of doors slamming"

"The room was very large and super comfortable and the breakfast was very decent. All the staff was great except one. I ask her to store my suitcase until 6:00pm on the check-out day, and she refused to do so saying she won’t be here at 6:00 pm today. There is a training issue here. She was very unprofessional and very unprofessional and unfriendly. The other receptionist on the previous day told me they could keep my suitcase. I travel extensively, but was never refused to keep my suitcase at any other hotel. I needed to carry around the heavy suitcase all day."
