"Place is a disaster. We booked for the pool. Ended up being closed because of new management- BS. we checked in at 9pm, they had to make sure my room was "ready" after the manager walked out set our room is ready. Only to walk into a disaster. Garbage, burnt cigarettes, used Gore's pad. All the way to the TV not working... The list goes on. They moved us to their sister hotel which was not much better. But when you're traveling with a young child and it's getting late and you're pretty much in the middle of nowhere... Horrible "

"The Inn is charming and in a great location. We stayed in the main house and were very at home. Breakfast in the morning was superb; the housekeeping and cooking were excellent. I definitely will stay again when I am in Amherst. "

"The room temp can’t be controlled by the guest. Room was blazing hot and windows can’t be opened. The nice staff did give us two fans but really need new hvac system that guests can control. Bathroom so small that impossible to not bump door. Lobby filled with students hanging out no room for guests. The plus is that it’s on campus and near food. Very old rooms and bathrooms that are hard to clean after years of use. There was coffee and pastries in the morning that was nice. I would not stay again as there are many hotels also close to campus since we had business there."

"Room was clean, the lower door corner had an easy time for air coming out making it cold. But plenty of ventilation to make it warm again by letting it run."
