"Do not believe the good reviews. This hotel is filthy! The cleanest area is the front desk. Dirty sheets, roaches, moldy, broke down ice machine with parts falling off, floors are disgusting & all the carpeting hadn't been vacuumed for a while! Electric outlets without covers, air conditioner hardly worked in our room, no air conditioning running in the building on July 3rd 2026! Grounds are littered with trash, glass, beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere! Breakfast isn't edible! There...

"Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care."

"The room was very humid despite all of our attempts to dry it out. There is no fan in the bathroom for humidity. The moisture made all metals corrode and it was just uncomfortable. Not good for asthmatics."

"Excellent location. Far enough from PF to feel secluded but close enough to be right in the middle of everything PF has to offer in less than 30 mins. The only issue is that the plugs easily fell out of most of the electrical outlets, so I recommend bringing snug plugs or similar outlet tightened adapters. Check in and overall communication was easy. Cabin is well stocked with cooking tools, towels, etc. Bed was super comfortable."

"Breakfast was so-so. There was a lot of noise from other rooms (the walls & ceilings). The room was ok but we were moved to the first floor because THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER and there seemed to be no hurry to have someone come to repair it!! We were supposed to be on the third (top) floor which would have has less noise from the rooms above us but we didn't feel like climbing stairs with all of our luggage, or whenever we went in or out at our age (71)!!"

"Our room was very clean and beautiful; the staff absolutely helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the home made breakfast every morning and the treats in the evenings. Property was spectacular and the view breathtaking. Would definitely recommend"

"This cabin is great for large families! Plenty of room to sleep!! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and very quiet and serene. Only problem we had was it smelled like smoke but we got some air freshener and it helped. Hot tub was good with the tv available. Host was very responsive."

"Was an ideal getaway cabin far enough from crowds but close enough to the attractions. Highly recommend and will be staying here again when we return!"
