"Everything was very clean and neat. However only one elevator was working and of course it was on the opposite end of the building from our room. The ice machines on most of the floors wasn't working. And the elevator that was working was missing some screws from the ceiling allowing it to bounce ..."

"Our room was very nice. There was a bar of used soap left in the shower, makes you wonder if it was even clean. The only complaint I had was exit door out the back was to be opened by a key. And it wasn't locked I addressed it at the front desk around 8 and was told they would let the maintenence ..."
