"The front desk staff is exceptional; helpful, caring, funny. Love the room carts during the day to get room supplies with or without cleaning service. The room attendant on my floor even stopped to ask if I needed anything. Still need a bit of breakfast work. Omelet's seem like frozen patties. Would be nice to add spoons at the coffee pots for sugar and napkins for coffee after hours."

The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented.
