"The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. "

"It was a very clean, quiet hotel. The staff were professional and courteous, and truly made us feel welcome. If I had to find a downside in anything was probably the breakfast only because it wasn’t that big of a selection, but it was free so not too many complaints."

Told to download the app and get my key on there but that system was down also. As a single mother with three children I had this one night to myself but it was extremely chaotic due to this. When I asked for an extra hour at check out the lady gave me extreme attitude and said “I can do 12 but not a minute later.” Okay well I can go to another hotel that gives me a...
