"The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

"Very quaint property with nice layout & grounds. Nice restaurant, Krazy Kat’s onsite. Room accommodations were great; fireplace, large sitting area, sunken tub, shower, towel heating rack, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator & Keurig all in room. We will definitely be back!"

"Just horrible"

"Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. "

"What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. The fact that I never made it to the room might have...

"This is a newer property and it’s SO comfy!! Bed 10/10, linens 10/10, pillows 10/10 and staff 10/10!!! It’s a quiet property and safe for single travelers! I was there on business so not a leisure trip, but I was able to find great dining options, a Trader Joe’s so I wasn’t eating takeout all the time and the treadmills in the small gym were perfect so I didn’t miss a workout! I would stay here again without any hesitation!"
