"Beautiful property with very helpful and welcoming staff. They arranged so many things for us making the trip a seamless experience. They had our rental ATV dropped off at the hotel and arranged our hotel transfers. They were always available on WhatsApp to answer questions or provide recommendations. The breakfast is simple but delicious and a great way to start the day. We liked the boutique feel and the pool area is a beautiful spot to hangout. On the map it looked like it was a bit farther...

"You will never regret booking at this hotel! The location and all the staff are absolutely fantastic! Anna the owner makes sure to connect with the guests and you quickly feel like family. She personally bakes the goodies included in the breakfast and everything is amazing! Svetlana and George are also two of the most helpful and friendly staff you could ever meet! The pool is clean and well taken care of and a welcome amenity on those hot days. The rooms are clean and very comfortable....

"We enjoyed Kokoon - it is a charming property with helpful, friendly staff and cute, if compact, accommodations. Perfect location!! For us, the bed was too firm, which was our only complaint, but, they do provide a thick quilt, which we ended up putting on the mattress top, and that softened the bed enough to resolve the problem for us. "L’hôtel est très beau, design moderne avec beaucoup de goût, très bien placé dans Pariaka mais au calme ! Les suites sont superbes avec une cuisine partagée pour les 2 suites. Les chambres sont confortables avec tout le nécessaire ! Lit confortable et petit balcon sur rue calme. Le service à l’accueil est parfait avec de bons conseils de restaurant et la personne qui nous a servi au petit déjeuner d’une gentillesse avec un sens du service rarement rencontré!
