El hotel es pequeño y el servicio es básico, nada extraordinario. Las instalaciones en las habitaciones son viejas, el lugar de la cafetera huela humedad y las tazas de café huelen feo. El desayuno no es variado y no hay café o té de buena calidad.

You can get better hotel in same cost

Room was very small for the price, no place at all to move. Centralised air conditioning took some time to provide comfort (no ceiling fan). Bathroom was clean. Hotel is very poorly staffed; one single waiter doing all work. Very polite and hard working person. Breakfast was sad affair, I will not visit this hotel again on the account of poor breakfast quality & quantity. I had the impression that management is trying to cust corners in every possible way. Hotel is located in upscale residential area in GKII. Four more hotels are available on the same road. Of which oyo rooms is much better option than this one.

comfortable stay

All was good , except FOOD, had to find food from outside , very expensive and not upto the mark , coffee was RS 75 / you decide , excellent service by the staff.

Budget hotel suitable for short stay

Pros: 1. A budget small hotel with simple Indian breakfast served, not far from the commercial area 2. Suitable for short business travel 3. Several good Indian and Chinese restaurants are just opposite the hotel with reasonable price. Cons: No fitness room provided, be aware the hotel provided the wrong information.

The room was very dirty. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Food was bad and unhygienically made. Staff was good but everything else was bad.

Very nice hotel in GK2

I stayed stay in this hotel 2 times, in January and in June. The Rooms are very nice and clean, the hotel staff is very good always ready to help. Heater and air conditioning works very well, hot water is always available, bed-sheets are clean. The hotel location is great, close to the metro, M Block market, Select city Mall and lots of touristic places in Delhi (Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple etc). The area is very safe as well. I highly recommend to stay at New Haven hotel the stay is always pleasant and good.
