What makes the hotel worth staying are the staff! Always ready to assist, make your stay comfortable, always cordial and friendly. Will stay here again. Rates are reasonable. Only issue I had was the worn out rug. Restaurant food is excellent! Staff is PRICELESS!

Excellent hotel, service, friendly and courteous staff. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and had the luxury feel. Some maintenance in the room will benefit though. Doors on the shelves below TV bench were askew, tilted.

Rooms are dated took me back to the 80 s mosquitoes in the room light switches that don’t work and are loose carpet seems like it hasn’t been washed since being fitted lime scale on the taps water leak marks in the room furniture was dated and chipped basically the hotel rooms all need to be modernised reception and restaurant very nice with good varieties of dishes

I would give zero stars if it was possible…. The hotel is an excuse to run a scam…. I was told at check in the breakfast is included with my stay…. They charged me for 2 days of breakfast and when I brought this to the front desk’s attention I was brushed off three different times…. Rs. 6k is nothing, it won’t make me any richer or poorer but the lack of ethics and professionalism at this property is mind numbing….. the whole lobby smelled like a sewer and the staff lacked any training at good customer service…. Absolutely terrible stay…. Won’t be returning and will encourage anybody not to book this sad excuse of a hotel.

This room was a huge letdown. The cleanliness was below standard, the room smelled unpleasant, and several things were clearly broken or neglected. The photos are misleading and set expectations that are simply not met. Definitely not worth the money. I regret booking here. List of major issues. 1. Toilet seat broken 2. Kettle lid was broken / safety hazard 3. Water will not drain in shower 4. TV on wall was titled / crooked/ dust on all furniture 5. Stain on carpet, bedsheets 6. Room telephone cord was broken 7.
