It was great stay and we enjoyed our time as we expected. The hotel owner was very professional and friendly as the other staffs and they were always supportive and tried to provide us with any kind of facilities/supports we needed. It had great location and everything was easily accessable.

Rooms not as per request

The policy of room choice at check-in is bad. They do not provide or assure you a room with acceptable beds. I was provided two seperate beds though I was looking for double bed. I was told that hotel can’t assure you type of beds and it will be known only at check-in. While booking, I was shown pictures but hotel could not provide room as per selection made during booking.

The interior is good. It's a small hotel. So, please don't expect a five star facility and culture. Tariff is little higher than the market. I am a regural traveler. The location is superb.

We enjoyed it. We came to delhi for the VISA interview. Nehru place is very close to this hotel so we chose it. And we found that the service and comfort is even greater... we loved it. Super !!

Average overpriced hotel in posh Sourh Delhi locat

Even though located in a good locality, staff were not very friendly or welcoming . The air conditioner in our room was not working. Minimalistic breakfast with no provision of juices etc.

The ambiance of the hotel was nice. The rooms were neat and clean and the rooms seemed new as well. The room service was average, a few of the staff though were not good at all. The wifi service didnt work even after several calls from the frontdesk. Overall, good value for money in such vicinity.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Very disppointed with the food. The absence of a Liquor Bar was very disappointing. both these factors combined mean that you have to necessarily step out in serach of a good restaurant even after a long and tiring business day.

Very comfortable stay. Nice clean beddings. Very clean linens . But the hotel does not have a travel desk. Even you don't get help for travel outsourcing which is greatest predicament. You have to arrange on own or outsource on own.

Not bad!

Booked it last minute and on a whim. Great location near GK 1 market. Staff was very helpful during our late night arrival. Assisted with luggage and other requests. Complimentary breakfast had a good balance of Indian and Western cuisine, which was perfect for my parents. Good value!
